BusinessDevelopment & Account Manager (EU)

Position Overview

Pipedream Products is seeking a commercially driven Business
Development & Account Manager (EU) to accelerate growth across European
markets. Reporting to the EU General Manager, this role owns revenue
performance across assigned accounts while actively developing new distribution
partnerships.

This is a hands-on commercial role focused on expanding market penetration, strengthening distributor relationships, and opening new doors. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing established accounts, negotiating new listings, and identifying untapped opportunities to grow revenue and market share.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue & Account Ownership

  • Own revenue performance across assigned EU accounts
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to increase sell-in and sell-through
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs / ABRs)
  • Analyze sales performance (MTD, assortment health, top sellers, unsold
    reports, new launches)
  • Identify gaps and drive corrective commercial action
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and order tracking

Business Development

  • Identify and secure new distributor, retail, and channel
    opportunities
  • Proactively prospect and open new accounts across EU markets
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and terms
  • Expand product listings and drive new product adoption
  • Represent the company at key European trade shows and industry events

Commercial Execution & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and channel
    developments
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on assortment, pricing, and market
    dynamics
  • Align promotional activities and marketing initiatives with account
    objectives
  • Deliver product training and commercial presentations (virtual and in-person)

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent revenue growth across assigned territories
  • Increased distribution footprint and account penetration
  • Improved assortment performance and sell-through
  • Strong, trusted distributor relationships
  • Proactive pipeline of new business opportunities

Key Competencies

  • Strong commercial instinct and revenue focus
  • Proven ability to grow distributor or B2B accounts
  • Confident negotiator and presenter
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented
  • High ownership mentality
  • Comfortable operating in an international, multi-market environment

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business
    development
  • Experience managing distributor relationships in European markets
  • Demonstrated success opening new accounts and growing revenue
  • Experience attending and selling at trade shows
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools

Languages:

  • English — Fluent (required)
  • German — Fluent (preferred)
  • Additional European language — Strong advantage
